We are happy to announce the next Network Training Event. From October 25th till October 28th, the fourth NTE of the MSCA ITN C-PlaNeT project will finally be the first event where all ESRs and their supervisors can meet each other outside of the virtual world.
This is the first hybrid event of the project and has as central theme: Plastics & The Environment. The PhD students and their supervisors will be on-site at Copenhagen, DTU Environment, Denmark. During the mornings, different lectures will live-streamed for the interested at home.
This training is composed of a set of lectures and exercises, providing all ESRs with knowledge on sustainability assessment and guides them in determining the sustainability impact of their research. We will offer talks on Life Cycle Assessment; Absolute Sustainability; Regrettable Substitution; Sustainability Assessment in Policy; LCA and Decision Making in the Corporate Environment; MicroPlastics; and more from leading researchers in the field, including Dr Michael Hauschild; Dr Stig Olsen; Dr Davide Tonini; Dr Nanna Hartmann; Dr Thomas Fruergaard Astrup; Dr Alessio Boldrin; and Dr Anders Damgaard, as well as insights from C-PlaNeT partners Coloplast and Novo Nordisk. ESRs Heather Logan (14) and Rita Kol (9) will present their µTeaching on their respective project topics.
